Kogumedia specializes in digital marketing services, including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), automation, website creation, and content management. Our services are outlined in detail on our Website, and we reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any of these services at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
We also provide free initial consultations to prospective clients, which are non-binding and offered at our discretion. From time to time, we may introduce additional services such as free lead magnets (e.g., downloadable guides, checklists, etc.) and templates for purchase. These offerings are subject to their own terms, which will be outlined at the time of availability.
3. Payment Terms, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
- Payment Terms: Payment structures will be determined following the initial consultation. Clients can choose to pay monthly or upfront for services, depending on the agreement. No upfront deposits are required unless specifically stated in a written contract.
- Cancellations & Early Termination: Should a client decide to terminate a signed contract before the agreed period, the client will be obligated to pay 60% of the remaining contract balance in addition to a £100 administrative fee to formally dissolve the contract. This fee covers the administrative burden of prematurely concluding the agreement and compensates for the resources already allocated.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of our digital services, refunds are not typically offered. However, any requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Kogumedia.
4. Client Obligations and Responsibilities
By engaging our services, clients agree to:
- Provide timely and accurate access to necessary accounts, tools, and platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media profiles, Google Analytics, and other digital platforms required for service delivery. Failure to provide these may result in delays or the inability to complete services, for which Kogumedia is not responsible.
- Not reproduce, copy, claim ownership, or otherwise misuse any intellectual property associated with Kogumedia, including but not limited to the website text, images, styles, logos, branding, and service methodologies. Clients may only share or reference our work with proper credit clearly attributed to Kogumedia.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services and platforms, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and privacy laws.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content created by Kogumedia on behalf of clients, including but not limited to written content, graphics, websites, and automations, shall be the property of the client upon full payment for the services rendered.
- Clients must credit Kogumedia if they choose to publicly share, publish, or distribute any materials created by us.
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction of Kogumedia’s proprietary website content, service processes, branding elements, or other materials is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be pursued in cases of intellectual property infringement.
6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
- No Guarantees of Results: Kogumedia makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the outcomes of SEO optimization, social media growth, website rankings, or algorithm-based improvements. While we employ industry best practices and strive to achieve favorable outcomes, the ever-evolving nature of digital algorithms means that no results can be guaranteed.
- Limitation of Liability: Kogumedia is not liable for any damages, losses, or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to website downtime, third-party hosting failures, data breaches, or loss of data. Responsibility for such issues typically lies with the third-party platforms (e.g., hosting providers), and clients are encouraged to ensure proper safeguards are in place on their end.
- Force Majeure: Kogumedia shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in service performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet disruptions, or technical malfunctions.
7. Privacy Policy and Data Collection
